Unauthorised Cancellation
Hi. Has anyone recently experienced a sudden unauthorised cancellation of broadband ? I've been told today that a 3rd party has cancelled by broadband or suggesting I cancelled online. I decided no such thing. Sky have closed my landline and are refusing compensation. I am really concerned about account security and no-one is taking me seriously.
All comments welcome.

Re: Unauthorised Cancellation
This pops up from time to time, usually when someone has submitted a request for service with another provider and have provided an incorrect house number or postcode.
You will need to contact Sky to stop the cancellation asap. If they've already stopped your landline that suggests this was all started weeks ago.
