Unable to watch Channel 4 or 5

I have recently had cable put into my property recently. Because I've not been able to watch channels 4 and 5 for months. This I'm afraid has not changed. Other channels are watchable as they were previously. Very frustrating as you can imagine.

What device are you trying to watch these channels via, Sky Glass, Sky Stream or something else and what happens when you try to ?

Unclear what you mean: those are broadcast free-to-air channels.

 

Are you referring to catch-up service, or Sky Glass/Stream?

@15Street what TV service do you buy from Sky? They sell Sky Stream, Sky Glass, Sky Q and Sky+ eaxh is different
