Unable to port forward device through extender

I have a linux ubuntu server that hosts a website requiring port 80 open so people outside the network can access it, the server is connected wired to a TP-link re220 range extender that then wirelessly connects to the sky hub.

The problem is the My Sky app does not list my server as a device in port forwarding (While it does however list the range extender, port-forwarding it has no effect)

Info:

- The server has the internal ip of x.x.0.19

- The range extender has the internal ip of x.x.0.115

- All server-side configuration is ok as it used to be accessible before swapping to sky

- From what i can tell im not able to manually enter an ip to port-forward in the My Sky app

- The server does have internet access and the website is accessible in my local network going to x.x.0.19

if im missing any needed information let me know 🙏

@Josh_White the device recognition by the new SR213 white hub does seem erratic so rebooting the hub and leaving it to settle with your server running may pick it up. However the hub is not designed with third party extenders and simply might not do so. It is difficult to see how you can get round thst except by connecting the server directly to the hub setting up the prt forwarding then putting it back where it was and hoping it still works.
