Unable to make changes to sky shield

I am trying to make changes to my sky shield for broadband but it won't allow me to make any changes. It shows as active all the time and I am unable to turn it off or even change the times. Also no option to change the age restriction on it. Anyone else have this issue?

Have you tried both the app & web site, in case one is playing up?
