Unable to load remote content privately?

I have just moved over from BT Internet, seing some odd messages on emails "unable to load remote content privately?" I click the button and it loads the content but it never did this whilst on BT, I have read a few posts, but I dont have VPN, my Shield Settings are set at 'Suitable for adults only'

If anyone has seen this or knows how to stop it, please comment. Thanks.

Apple device I suspect?

Check out the info from @mae-3 in this thread, I believe it is the same today. I have BT Broadband and don't see the message, but do as soon as I visit parents on Sky.
