Unable to get started with sky max hub

WiFi was supposed to be connected today, however my light on my hub is staying red and of course the hub is not responding, I've tried resetting multiple times however nothing is working and I also can't get connected to my sky as it's saying I have no products, what could be causing this issue?

@Adammcg03 on occasions Openreach hit a snag and cannot complete an activation if that applies to your job thry should hsve updated Sky overnight therefore I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
