Hi I'm unable to watch any of the apps on sky, I've tried iplayer, Disney and prime and none of them are working, I've checked the WiFi and that seems to be working fine although twice my box has lost connection to the router and i have to reconnect it, but that hasn't solved anything and I've also switched the box off and on again and that didn't fix it either.
