Unable to connect Microsoft laptops
3 of the family work from home on Microsoft surface pros / laptops and we are able to logon to WiFi but not access internet. I have Googled the issue reset IPconfig, dns, forgot the sky broadband and reconnected afresh, but not if this has worked. The financial companies we work for have stated that Sky is blocking the Microsoft devices. We need this working asap

Re: Unable to connect Microsoft laptops
@Westonw I can assure you Sky are NOT blocking Microsoft Laptops, I am currently typing on one right now.
Have you tried switching off the hub for 10 minutes?
Do you also access work via a VPN, has it ever worked with Sky, have you recently joined Sky?

That would be a fairly stupid thing for any ISP to do. However it's entirely possible there's a compatibility issue between the Sky setup and the particular secure remote access solutions you are presumably using: if you have a white Max Hub then this can be caused by IPv4 public address sharing, or it may be the default age setting in Sky Broadband Shield.
