Unable to activate Sky Hub Max

I've seen various similar threads on this issue. I've connected up the Sky Hub Max around a week ago now and tried to activate it in the MySky app multiple times per day but just keeps on infinitely saying it's activating (with no timeframe actually provided). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times now and resetting the hub. At this point, I need some intervention from Sky if that would be possible as I would like to get it up and running and actually be able to connect and use the provided Pod. Thank you in advance for your help

@JANISK currently you will have to call Sky to get this sorted if the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-max-hub-do-you-have-internet-calls. are not working.
