Unable to access catch up, says Wi Fi is connected but not broadband. Broadband is not illuminated on the hub.
Have tried the on line diagnostics & it says that both the WI Fi & Broadband connections are ok???

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf the Broadband light is not illuminated (green) then the connection is clearly not OK and the diagnostics are wrong.
