Unable to access catch up. Broadband not illuminated on hub

Unable to access catch up, says Wi Fi is connected but not broadband. Broadband is not illuminated on the hub.

Have tried the on line diagnostics & it says that both the WI Fi & Broadband connections are ok???

If the Broadband light is not illuminated (green) then the connection is clearly not OK and the diagnostics are wrong.
