Hi all,
I've had ultrafast almost a year. Was working perfectly, no issues until a few days ago. Now the average speeds have dramatically reduced and I get dropouts several times an hour, with buffering when content streamed through sky q and mini boxes and internet pages not loading for minutes at a time on other devices. I reset sky broadband hub and disconnected everything from network. Still getting same problems with just one device connected.
Network tests on sky site say there no issues with line/speeds to the hub and wifi analyser indicates strong signal until the dropouts. I'm wondering whether I have issue with the hub.
I've posted the stats.

When you reset the Sky hub did you hold the reset button for a minimum of 20 seconds as any shorter than that will only reboot it, not reset it.

Hi,
Yes, I've reset it twice now. Problem seems to be getting worse. I've got one device connected via ethernet to the hub and even though all the lights on hub remain green, every minute I'm getting an internet disconnection message
