@Yvonne2026 Is it only the TV, if so may be down to a poor wifi wireless signal if that is how the TV is connected, you may wish to try an Ethernet wired connection between the sky Hub and the TV....

You have posted on the Broadband board. Which Sky TV platform do you subscribe to and why do you think it's a broadband issue?
