Tv stream keep stopping

When tv stream stops the sky app says there is a broadband problem, let's fix it. It then says all is good then in 1-2 minutes it happens again.  Been doing it for nearly an hour now.  I'm new to sky and this happened the other day when I was streaming tv.  What do I do when there is continuous disruption but the app then keeps saying all is good?
