You can do two checks on your broadband first go to the my sky app and click on the broadband and run a check, this will tell what speed you are getting and if there are any issues in your area also if you have Netflix open the app go to get help click on that and go to check my network and run that, that will tell you what speed your tv is getting from your broadband
