Tv picture and sound staggering
The sound continues as normal but picture freezes then catches up. The Sky broadband is in my name. Sky TV is in my daughters name both at same address

@Jacky7 although it can be an issue at the server end if it affects many channels it is most likely to be due to a poor data connection. The pucks show signal strength in the network settings menu ot you can run a network test in the Get Help menu in the Netflix app.
