@NS47 you will have to reconnectvthe Q mini using its WPS button. If you haveca black Sky hub the Q mini needs connecting either to the hub or another Q box if thst is closer simply press the wps button on the box while the led on the Q mini is flashing you want to connect to and itvshould connect. If you haveca white Sky hub the Q mini can only be connected to another Q tv box not the hub.
