Tv keeps buffering

Tv keeps buffering and screen goes black then comes back on 

checked connection and boxes all look ok , lights are as should be , sky tv app shows problem but then says it's ok

Sky stream

my broadband and service connection shows all good service but the tv keeps buffering then sky turns off and I have to turn it back on , lasts about 20 minutes then happens again
