Tv gone blank , but sound ok sky box keeps turning off

Sky been playing up for months but normally after wiggling the admin caple it works fine. 

This morning watching tv amd the tv went black but can hear the sound , when sky box on but it keep turning it self off after about 20 secs 

Ive checked all plugs. Turned it off for up to a hour. And checked and replaced hdmi cable amd chamges batteries in remotes ,

@Michelle280 Have you called sky about it, there is NO admin cable at all so who knows what you are wiggling to get a picture back, but whatever box you have it should not be turning itself off at all, so you may just have developed a fault and ONLY sky can get a replacement to you! Call 150 from your landline or a sky mobile to speak to sky Customer Service!
