Tv/broadband/wifi

My tv keeps jumping/freezing..

 

my connection and running speeds seem fine, not sure if it's something to do with the recent fibre set up but ever since then it's starts to jump/freeze.

 

the apps all seem to work fine it's just the normal tele channels
