Tv apps not working
Our apps on the tv are not working we have reset everything and still not working on the tv it says no connection

What lights are lit on your broadband hub are they showing that your wifi is working ?

@Tony522 if you other devices are connecting to the internet it will be an issuecwith your TV. As a first step rdboot the TV which on most models can be done by disconnecting mains power until,the power led goes out then powering it back up.
If all devices are down check the lights on your Sky hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Yes all lights are on as normal but tv network says no connection
