Has anyone had issues with their samsung tv and xbox series not connecting to the internet? We had a new hub given to us by an engineer and the xbox worked for a few weeks but now its stopped working. Keeps saying dns error failed to connect. Im sick of paying for a service that doesnt work. Thank you.
