Hi I can't disable the sky broadband shield can you please arrange to have this disabled for my account

I'm based in Ireland we don't seem to have access I have see some sky reps addressing this issue by DM I was hoping one would get back to me and sort it.

Im also in Ireland and unable to access this setting to turn it off. Did you get this sorted?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RuthMol you should be able to turn off the Shield in the My Sky app if you are using the Sky id linked to the account holder. If you definitely cant then we can escalate your post.

When I do that in the app I keep getting an error message saying "sorry, something went wrong" "please try again".
But when I hit "please try again" the same page comes up

I'm having the same kind of issue, it's telling me my broadband isn't set up yet so I can't even access the settings
