We have a teenager who is staying awake all night on the internet can we turn off the connection at night time?

If you don't want to go down that route (and so avoid the extra monthly cost) the DIY alternative is to add a separate wireless access point (not a second router) and then change the WiFi and administrator passwords of the Sky Hub.

The young person uses the wireless signal from the access point, which has a separate power supply and can be switched off either manually or on a timer while leaving router access for adults.
