Trying to sign up

Tried creating an account and adding full fibre to basket. When completing order just spins around for ages then times out. Tried 100 times to connect to a real agent to sort this and cant which find ridulous to be fair. Any help?

You might be going about this the wrong way as I believe you do not create the account before you sign up but rather you do this during the ordering process.
