I was looking to sign up for a new fibre broadband and TV (Sky Stream) deal and I currently have fibre broadband supplied by NowTV. However, when I go through the sign-up process, I enter my postcode, address and landline number and I get the response that Sky broadband is not available in my area. All the comparison sites says it is? Having seen a few other messages about this, I am including a snapshot of the BT Open Reach Data.
Is it correct that Sky Broadband is not available or is something not quite right with the sign-up process?
Many thanks!
Chris

(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
