I have been trying to contact Sky now several times without success. Their chatbot sends me into an endless loop asking the same questions over and over and the customer service phone number provided does not accept me beyond the point of saying 'don't know' when asking for my password. I'm frankly running out of ideas. Anyone had any luck speaking to an actual human being?
