Trying to connect biofun doorbell
Been trying to connect biofun doorbell for hours but just keeps saying can't connect tried with qr code and password ...this is the 2nd doorbell I have had the same problem with I sent the 1st one back as thought it was a problem with the doorbell

@Tina5485 doorbells can be a pain to connect. It is best to connect them to your network before mounting them outside as that eliminates any issue with signal level. Doorbells usually use the 2.4GHz band and can have issues connecting to the dualband SSIDs Sky hubs and many other routers use these days.
What colour us your Sky hub as the instructions are differentvfor the white hubs than the older black type.
