I am moving in with a friend who has Sky.
I am out of contract and simply want to cancel my account and broadband. I have been on Chat now for 2 hours awaiting a ' loyalty expert'
i have tried calling- to be told there is no one to talk to me due to training.
I have emailed, to have it bounced back and I have tried to Sky Mail but after writing cancellation my request can't be managed online.
I wasn't leaving as I was upset with the service but I certainly would be now. How can this be acceptable that you simply cannot cancel?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Debred123 I would try again tomorrow Sky like lots of companies make cancelling a pain but sorry its unavoidable.
