Trouble arranging home move

Has anyone else had difficulty arranging a home move? I've tried following the process several times over the last 3 days - both in the app and on the website, but it just times out every time at the final stage (after I've confirmed my new address and agreed the activation date). I don't know how to report this issue to Sky.

@Vicky_Daisy Just call sky Customer Service if you cannot get it done, dial 150 from you sky talk landline!
