Transferring form bt to sky

Hiya I have cancelled my contract with bt and I'm expected to return my router on the upcoming weekend. I would like to speak to a member of stuaff for guidance but every time I call your number I'm being told my phone number isn't recognised by your data base. 

im not sure when your router will be delivered and I really wouldn't want to be left without internet

@Jakub6 Cancelling with your old provider then signing up to another may be an issue, the best way would be to simply sign up with Sky who will initiate the One Touch Switch proess which would cancel BT, this would normally mean BT ends the day your new service begins.

Have you been given a start date with SKy?
