Track my order

Why didn't they leave my broadband near the bins behind the gate I was out and expected them to leave it somewhere safe for me to collect. I've called one of your answer machine earlier and they said 11th of May but that's way too late

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

 

Hubs for new activations are normally dispatched via Royal Mail to arrive a 'few days' prior to the activation date (my sons arrived 5 days prior to activation.

 

You should be able to track it after its been sent out. The postman/woman will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You shouldn't need to sign for it. They should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.

Sorry @Divya4 but as you are only talking to other customers perhaps you can tell us the full story so have you had a "sorry we missed you card" put through your door for example ?

No one left a missed a delivery I had to call in and found out from the operator that my next delivery is 11th May

And when is your broadband with Sky due to be activated ?

I never received a missed parcel note I have a safe place from side gate is open so next time if I'm not home please leave in a safe place and let me know
