I'm trying to go through Topcashback to sign up for Sky Broadband Full Fibre Gigafast. On the Sky website, I get as far as putting in my bank details, and then I get the message "sorry, we're having technical difficulties" and "unfortunately we have not been able to proceed with your order. Please try again later."
I've seen other people have had this problem since last year. Has anyone found out how to resolve it please? Obviously I want to receive cashback and the voucher Topcashback are offering.
