Too slow wifi

This has been happening for the last 10 days & I'm fed up now. Pages either take time to load or they don't at all. I'm now relying on my phone data & hotspot to do my work? I ran the tests through Sky app & they said all is fine- no they're not Switched the hub off & on didn't help at all. Any ideas?
