Service is too slow it's worse than Vodafone

@Charlycat  If you are asking for help you will need to provide more details.  What speed should you be getting?  What speed is the MySky app showing for your hub?

 

How are you measuring your speeds?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

So it is a WiFi issue then, not a speed to the router issue?

 

If so you may need to consider either the Sky WiFi Max add-on package or perhaps purchasing a 3rd party mesh system (which remains yours regardless of ISP used and would be my own personal choice).
