I have tried on several occasions to get in touch with you. Text you then phoned you ti say I cannot do the 30th September broadband installation! This is now my third attempt to contact you to change this date! If this does not work and I have to phone again I think I shall cancel this altogether!!

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. You don't say what the visit is for so your appointment may not even necessitate an actual visit inside your address.
The easiest way to change it to something more suitable is by calling.
