Re up grade of broadband offered
as my husband and my self are in our 80s
the installation of this is too complicated for us
l only phoned to cancel sky Cinema and anything else
we didn't need to bring the price down and was offered
better broadband speed ,and the internal set up
is too difficult for us and to be honest the speed we have
is fine for us so could you just cancel the order .
