Time out error on website

I am trying to reach a website through a laptop and the time out error message comes up. This only happens when on my wifi. I cannot see any security or VPN blocks

@EvlisDog check the setting of the Briadband Shield as if set to one of the lower age ranges it will block some sites see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-shield-start
