There’s a problem with your Sky Q
I am getting this message (see title) but Sky Q is working fine.
I also have the message in MySky saying "we cannot connect to your Sky Q. Last checked 29th August 2024.
Internet connection drops out far too regularly and it's been happening since I upgraded to Full Fibre 150 with a Sky Max hub.
Any ideas out there please?

Can't help unfortunately but I'm also having the same problem as you are... sky also saying no network issues in my area but clearly there is.
