My internet is not working but the service checker says everything is good. I have a red light on my hub & the open reach box on the wall. In Northamptonshire.

Same here Greenwich London, internet no light voice orange, Sky says everything is fine, no problem at all.

Same mines gone down about 20 mins ago. Says its fine but if I'm not using my phones mobile data I don't have any Internet... Hopefully they can get this fixed ASAP.

Im in the West Midlands I've just had a complete outage on everything .. Seems to have just turned back on

I don't think I have ever seen their service checker admit there is a problem. They just want to get you tied up switching everything on and off, changing this, changing that, basically assuming it's your end where the problem is until they fix things and say see, it's your fault.

The speed they post on the service checker updates daily, about noon in my case, so it's 12hrs old.

I am not sure the check the service does anything at all, as it always says it's fine, when it clearly is not, like right now.
