Just off the phone to engineer - I ended up resetting the sky hub and the white box on the wall. Seemed to do the trick (despite my skepticism...)

I didnt do any of that but wifi seems to have returned 🙂

my son is trying to get into is ps5 and we are waiting for his authetication code but it is not coming through and Sony are saying it is the Wifi
