I have no services functioning properly a blank blue screen on the tv and the broadbands effy!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Cee1111 you are not alone as loads of issues following the recent bad weather. If the service is still down using a mobile connection log into the My Sky app gomtomthe service checker as that will tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line. If it doesnt call Sky to report it somthey can getvan engineer to check your line.
