The screens on Zoom keep freezing

We are connected to a few people on Zoom but all of the screens keep freezing. We have disconnected a number of devices from the WiFi

If the screens are freezing , it might  be  down to there broadband  speed, some of my family's  screens  freeze on my zoom, but it's  because  of there speed at there end so freezes with them, they are on fttc broadband,  my screen does not freeze  because I am on sky full fibre to the property  gigafast broadband,  one of my sons broadband speed is 60mps and the screen freezes unless he turn another of items off from  the Internet  at his home

@PhilipJ9  Have you tried ethernet if possible?

Thank you. I do have sky fibre and my speed is generally just under 50mps. It became better after about an hour oddly enough. Maybe we're on a shared network and more were using it for the period of time ours was struggling?

Run a check on the my sky app, to see if you can upgrade  to fttp fibre optic broadband, more stable and alot faster than fttc broadband,
