Our sky hub box is not connecting to the sky q box .

@Rossy5 has that Q box connected to thst hub before? Sky will give support for Q boxes thst do not connect but in ccase the it is a Q mini and the hub is the white variety that combination wont connect instead network the nini to the main Sky Qbox.
