The Router is hot

Hi the router is hot it also isn't giving a good speed on WiFi. I have to reboot it every day as it just stops working. We are a high usage household which is why we have the top package. I spoke to a sky salesman about it the other day and he said we should have a different router for our package?

The units with built-in power supplies do get quite warm but the load on the hub should not generate extra heat. No unit should becso hot that you cannot hold your hand on it comfortably.
