Hi all,
Our broadband is currently down and sky have sent an Openreach engineer out to sort it.
Had a message from the engineer saying that they'd done their work but needed to test the line in an hours time.
One hour later, I get a message from sky l but there's no words in it! Has anyone come across this before? Before I waste hours on the phone Is there another way of finding out what was said?
cheers
ryan
