Testing
Every time I try to do a broadband or WiFi test it always says test is not available at the moment. Thanks

@Blade58 there are various reasons why you can get that result here are a few
- you are using a third party router
- you are not signed in with the account holder id
- you are trying to test a new connection and the system has not yet updated
- there is a fault at Sky's end with your connection powering down for an hour usually fixes that
- the hub's connection is down
There are probsbly a few more as likecall systems this one is not perfect. If it persists call Sky but check the 4th pointfirst,
