Test says wi fi poor but my set up has not changed prime on tv has played up at times any ideas

Had my broadband router for a while since when we had sky q but now only have the broadband . Think it may be faulty do sky replace them

@darrenly2020 Sky will replace hubs if they are faulty but you will almost ce rtainly get the same model. If your wifi coverage has got worse since you gave upmthe Sky Q boxes its probably due to the fact the Q boxes act as wifi repeaters.

Thank you ,we re set box left it off for while  and re set tv connection and all seams ok now thank you again
