We pay for a very expensive package yet receive the bare minimum across our house.
Speeds upstairs are sub 1Mbps all a sudden.
I have no idea what any of it means but I've seen a few other posts asking for router stats. Here is ours:

Can you run a speed test using an etherneted device using fast.com or nperf.com close to the router with nothing else downloading and post the results

Speeds directly next to the hub perform great. They're not the speeds were were offered - but still decent regardless.
Here is Fast.com:
And here is nperf.com:
Here is also a complimentery google one from upstairs (no ethernet):

All domestic broadband is highly asymmetric when running correctly, so the speed of that outbound link suggests the inbound is significantly slower than it should be

Not quite sure why those images didnt upload.
I'll just provide the info via text.
-Fast.com gave 420 Mbps
-nperf.com gave 98.80 Mb/s download, 72.19 Mb/s and 6.8 Latency
-Google (from upstairs and no ethernet) gave 1.68 Mbps download and 26.2 upload.

Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOK: Ultrafast Plus is a nominally 500Mbs service, with, I believe, a 400Mbs minimum. The fast.com result would be as expected for that service.

Are you using the same device for both speed tests?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs @cookiemonsteruk indicates, the device used is really significant: my 500Mbs BT FTTP 'tests' as over 400 Mbs from a modern laptop and 30Mbs in the same location using my smartphone.
It's also important to understand that speed delivered upstairs over WiFi is not covered by the same Guaranteed Minimum: no ISP does that because local WiFi is too affected by factors outside their control.

@TimmyBGood @cookiemonsteruk
Yes, both tests were ran using my laptop.
"It's also important to understand that speed delivered upstairs over WiFi is not covered by the same Guaranteed Minimum" I completely understand but this sudden change in performance over the weekend is still a too drastic to say the least, right?
I mean, the speeds upstairs certainly weren't hitting sub 40 (let alone 1 Mbps and below) prior to saturday.
As a side update, we have someone coming to check things out on Tuesday.
