Terrible connection

Ever since i 'upgraded' my broadband speed the service has been terrible- according to your information I have 300+ speeds but the actual usability of the broadband is so poor. I previously had a max of 70 (or something similar) and never had an issue - since I upgraded and had a new connection hooked up as part  of this the service has gone down hill....my son has constant issues gaming and I just don't know why....how can a so called upgrade make things worse?

@Neil256 has the hub been moved when the fibrexwas installed? If it has it is likely thst your issues are due to the WiFi signal not being as good. Talk to Sky to get a WiFi extender which will mean buying their WiFi Max bundle but they dhould discount it if you press them.
