Terrible broadband

We were with Sky for over 20 years and moved to ee 6 months ago as you couldn't compete with their price for broadband. We have returned to you as didn't feel we broadband was very good and now ours is terrible, worse than we had with ee

@Blackwater05 Since your return what sky Hub are you now using! Did the same EE Smarthub+ quit EE In march after the Mid Feb FW update rendered the EE Router as a piece off bad word, but did insist on the SR203 Sky Broadband Hub on return, had enough of that you need an app to do anything!

Thank you for your reply! I have no idea what hub I am using. I'll will check. It is dropping out constantly when I'm trying to watch tv. So frustrating.
